The Blue Track Suit is a fairly good armor set to have on hand. Effectively negating the need for any sources of warmth down to -25℃, which then its bonus becomes useless. However, when you reach frostbite, the damage dealt by it is cut by 1/4, so even then it is a very useful survival tool in nearly any situation.
It is effectively the precursor to the Snow Suit, as it has fewer defenses but still has the same purpose of keeping the wearer warm.
