Onion is a basic consumable that can be found growing natively in the Grasslands Biome, when harvested it will grant Onions and seeds, and can be grown from seed in any biome. It can be eaten raw or cooked into Onion Rings in the Kitchen by a Chef Colonist.

Onion seeds can be planted on dirt and grass and take up a 3x1 space.

• While growing, this plant will look similar to the Pumpkin but with a yellow tint.
