The Parachute is a Backpack accessory item that is invaluable in many different situations, after equipping the item in the top left accessory slot, it is activated automatically when falling or manually with the space key. It can slow the wearer's fall down to 5 blocks per second when activated, completely negating fall damage. However, it can only work if you're high enough off the ground.
